We are currently seeking an ATA to join our SEND team, who is committed to working with our young people, enabling them to achieve their full potential. You will take a lead role, under the direction of the SENCO and other appropriate staff, in the identification, intervention, planning, delivery and support for students with SEND, many of whom have SEMH, in our Intervention Room. You will need to be enthusiastic and able to engage students and raise their achievement. Ideally, you will have experience of delivering evidence-based interventions both 1:1 and in small groups. You will be required to demonstrate resilience and have experience of working collaboratively with other colleagues.


Working hours for this post are 26 per week - 8.45am - 3.40pm 4 days per week (Each day includes a 25-minute lunch break)
