This position requires
fluency in both English and Mandarin
, as some marketing materials, communications, and reports will be produced in Chinese. Occasional business travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies to promote the brand and products across digital and offline channels.
Content Creation:
Produce engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials, including copywriting, visuals, and short videos in both English and Chinese.
Advertising Management:
Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to improve ROI.
Market Research:
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and growth opportunities.
Brand Collaboration:
Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and partnership campaigns to strengthen brand visibility; attend related events when required.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare bilingual (English and Chinese) marketing reports, meeting minutes, and trip summaries after business travel or marketing events.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
