We are seeking a creative Advertising and marketing associate perfessional with expertise in handmade arts, and DIY crafts. The ideal candidate will lead brand marketing strategies, manage cross-border sourcing, and engage with Local and Asian communities both online and offline. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, as well as strong skills in creative content, and influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute brand marketing strategies highlighting Kawaii culture, handmade arts, and DIY craft experiences.
Develop bilingual (English & Chinese) content for online and offline campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Red Note, and other platforms.
Localize marketing for Asian audiences, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean families and tourists.
Build partnerships with influencers, activity platforms and local community groups.
Support product and workshop development with creative ideas aligned with Kawaii aesthetics.
Independently plan, organize, and lead DIY craft workshops, ensuring engaging experiences for participants.
Collect customer feedback, track market trends, and prepare reports to improve products and strategies.
Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Art, Visual Communication, Marketing, Cultural Management, International Trade, or related fields.
Relevant experience in creative marketing or product development within lifestyle industries and ability to express it through visuals and language.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Chinese platforms such as Red Note.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Passion for arts and crafts with multicultural storytelling awareness.
Proven ability to independently lead, manage, and facilitate DIY workshops.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to engage with both Asian and local communities.
