Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional

to join our team. This role is essential to strengthening our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting our long-term growth strategy.

Role Purpose

The Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional will play a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns both online and offline. They will be responsible for market research, promotional content creation, customer engagement strategies, and brand development to help Hoiana expand its customer base and maintain a strong presence in the competitive UK hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Assist in developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies to promote Hoiana's brand, products, and services. Support the creation of seasonal and campaign-specific marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Manage Hoiana's digital channels, including social media platforms, website updates, and email marketing. Create engaging written, visual, and video content that reflects Hoiana's brand identity and values. Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.

Advertising Campaigns

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, local print media). Work with third-party agencies and suppliers where necessary to optimize campaigns.

Market Research & Customer Insights

Conduct market analysis to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Prepare reports to inform decision-making and highlight opportunities for growth.

Brand Development & Community Engagement

Strengthen Hoiana's brand presence through consistent messaging, storytelling, and innovative campaigns. Plan and support local partnerships, collaborations, and events to connect with Leeds communities.

Reporting & Analysis

Track and analyze campaign results, preparing reports for management. Provide insights and recommendations for future advertising and marketing activities.

Skills & Competencies Required

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills. Proficiency in content creation (graphic design, video editing, or copywriting is a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines. Knowledge of the hospitality or food & beverage industry is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a small, fast-growing team.
