We are currently seeking an energetic and success-motivated Sales manager to join our sales team. Your daily job will involve speaking with clients and to advertising agencies, pitching them both over the phone and face to face with formal or informal presentations. The ideal advertising Sales Manager will have previous experience in media sales and have worked across b2b magazines, digital and event platforms. You will be driven, intelligent, outgoing and charismatic with the ability to listen and communicate well on all levels.

Duties:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions. Present compelling proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our advertising services. Manage client accounts using internal CRM to ensure accurate records of interactions, preferences, and sales progress. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised advertising packages that meet client objectives. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Maintain a thorough understanding of our advertising products, industry standards, and emerging trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the advertising or media industry. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights effectively. Proficiency with CRM platforms is essential for managing client relationships efficiently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanour. Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
