Advice Team Manager - Glasgow

At UK Debt Expert Scotland, we provide professional debt advice and financial solutions to people across the UK who are facing financial difficulty. We're committed to delivering high-quality, ethical advice that puts the customer first and helps them take control of their finances with confidence.

We're now looking for an experienced Advice Team Manager to join our Glasgow office. This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing a team of debt advisors, making sure they deliver excellent customer outcomes in line with regulatory and internal standards.

You'll support your team to perform at their best while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, quality, and customer care. If you're a confident people leader with experience in a regulated environment and a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for day-to-day management and on-going development of the advisors Generating the right customer outcomes in accordance with the performance targets set individually and by department by the Company, whilst maintaining the required compliance Recruitment of advisors who fit with the Company's values Developing and delivering a training and monitoring plan for all advice staff Coaching staff, regular 1:2:1's, annual reviews, and performance management Meet KPI's to ensure that the Company delivers the best customer outcomes, and staff underperformance may be addressed Ensure client's best interests are met at all times and integrity, compliance, and case quality is met and adhered to Monitoring staff performance against established KPI's to ensure adherence to expected behaviours (listen to calls and work with QA team) Ensuring all existing and potential client data obtained by way of day-to-day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to Ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to Producing daily/weekly/monthly team performance reports Utilisation of diaries to ensure full visibility of daily activities for self, team, and Company wide Continuously motivate the team to ensure low turnover, absence, and achievement of sales targets Any other duties as required

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES



Have a track record of success in achievement of own KPIs in a compliant manner. Have experience within a sales management role, within a fast-moving and customer focussed environment Be a natural people person with energy and passion for what you do, who loves achieving target and striving to develop others. Have experience of driving change and innovation Proactive, flexible and can adapt to the changing business needs Be able to work to deadlines; prioritise work to meet our commercial needs Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Have excellent stakeholder management skills Have excellent IT skills and experience of CRM software Be self-motivated and organised and a natural 'roll your sleeves up and get on with it' person Have flexibility regarding hours of work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 42,000.00 per year
