Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Policy & Technical team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and make a significant impact across the advice sector. You will be responsible for driving thought leadership initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

About the Role:

Develop and implement market strategies to enhance our services to financial advisers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Analyse market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including spokesperson duties. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

About You:

Proven experience working in or with the advice market. Strong knowledge of market analysis and strategy development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including press and public speaking. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
