Are you passionate about delivering high-quality advice services and empowering volunteers to thrive? Citizens Advice Solihull Borough is looking for a dynamic and supportive Advice Session Supervisor to help shape the daily delivery of our vital work.



About the Role



As Advice Session Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our service, ensuring our advice clinics run smoothly, our team feels supported, and our standards remain high. You'll be based in the office during advice sessions, with the flexibility to work from home on other days.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supervising advice sessions and working closely with volunteers. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality, nurturing talent, and driving continuous improvement.



? Key Responsibilities



Supervising the daily running of our advice sessions, ensuring they are effective, inclusive, and client-focused



Provide technical guidance and consultancy support to team members both in person & remote



Conduct quality checks on case records, independent file reviews, and identify training needs



Supervisor the induction, development and retention of new members



Coordinate the collection of evidence for local and national Research & Campaigns



Champion a culture of kindness and collaboration, where team members feel supported to go the extra mile, not just for clients, but for each other.
