Your Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating job orders, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining high service standards. Your ability to problem-solve and support both customers and colleagues will be key to success. Note that this is a 4 on 4 off position.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality customer service by maintaining efficient procedures and systems within the team. Oversee the implementation of new systems within the team to enhance efficiency and workflow. Provide timely client updates and follow-ups, including notifications on service progress, delays, and resolutions. Prepare and deliver accurate service quotes, offering comprehensive pricing details. Handle client job orders, including routing, service classification, and deadline management. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Compliance Operating Procedures (COPs) are adhered to by staff, maintaining operational consistency. Support ongoing staff development, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

Proven experience in the aerospace and supply chain industry, demonstrating expertise in logistics and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of the aviation sector, with hands-on experience managing time-critical shipments across multiple service options. Background in customer service and preferably team supervision. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding setting, maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines. A strategic problem-solving mindset, with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions
