Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Lead Qualifier & Front Desk Coordinator

to join our aesthetic clinic full-time. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for managing incoming leads through social media and phone calls, booking appointments, and maintaining a smooth and welcoming reception environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

all inbound leads and enquiries

from social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Emails etc.)

Call, Email, WhatsApp and follow up

with leads to convert them into bookings Manage

appointment scheduling

via booking systems (Phorest or similar) Greet clients professionally and provide a warm, high-end

front-of-house experience

Answer incoming phone calls and prompt reply to the emails and assist with client queries Support the team with

daily clinic operations

and admin tasks Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and ensure it reflects our brand standards Keep accurate client records and communicate effectively with practitioners

Skills & Requirements

Knowledge of non-surgical treatments is essential. Excellent

verbal communication

and a confident phone manner Strong ability to

convert leads into bookings

Prior experience in

reception, client coordination, or beauty/aesthetics

industry preferred Familiarity with

CRM or booking systems

(e.g., Phorest) is an advantage Strong organisation, time management, and multitasking skills A friendly, polished, and professional attitude Comfortable using social media tools for communication
