Due to expansion HC MedSpa is looking for Talented Managers to join our teams in North London.

Founded in 1993 HC MedSpa is a luxury group of clinics specialising in bespoke beauty and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Our expert team of professionals includes cosmetic doctors, aesthetic therapists, beauty therapists and brow artists all dedicated to constant improvement, advancing their skills and knowledge to benefit our clients and produce life-changing experiences.

All under one roof HC deliver a complete journey of beauty perfecting and positive lifestyle enhancement.

We are looking to recruit talented Clinic Managers in North London.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a managerial capacity within the beauty and aesthetic/spa industry and be extremely driven, ambitious, personable and sales orientated.

Main Duties:

Managing a diverse and experienced therapy and front of house team

Driving sales and exceeding company targets through effective diary management, accurate accounting and team mentoring

Preparing management reports and analysing financial performance

Motivating, leading and developing the team

Ensuring your team is working to the company's standard operating procedures at all times whilst delivering 5 star customer service

Managing the in branch stock levels to keep within budget and ensure the retail offering is current and available for client demand

Main Attributes:

You must thrive on working with sales targets and have an amazing management style as the team are very experienced and have strong yet passionate personalities

You must be able to demonstrate sales targets that you have achieved in previous roles and have experience of leading teams to hit targets

You need to be a key motivator for your team and have a positive working attitude at all times.

You must be able to problem solve any HR issues that occur on a daily basis

Treatment knowledge would be a plus!

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
