Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Aesthetic Clinic & Salon Academy Manager (Self employed)

to lead our treatment team and manage our academy operations. This role is ideal for a compassionate and driven aesthetician who's ready to grow and make a significant impact in both client care and team leadership. You will enhance the client experience through safe, effective treatments while supporting staff development, maintaining clinic standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct client care by administering a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, bum fillers, threads, and the 8-point lift. Enhance client satisfaction and safety through high-quality treatment delivery, detailed aftercare instructions, and a personalised approach. Oversee daily clinic operations, including organising and leading training days, managing team performance, and ensuring all areas are clean, organised, and client-ready. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and reviews to maintain high standards of client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth end-of-day procedures and client follow-ups.

Qualifications

Certified aesthetician with hands-on experience performing a range of aesthetic treatments. Advanced certification and proven expertise in cosmetic procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional client care and education.
