The Role:

We are looking for a

dynamic and passionate Aesthetic Consultant

to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through treatment options, recommending packages, and supporting their journey from consultation to aftercare.
This role also involves helping us grow our brand online, so

experience with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client consultations, explain treatment plans, and recommend services/packages. Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets through excellent customer care and follow-up. Manage and create engaging content for clinic social media accounts. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Work closely with the clinical and marketing team to deliver a seamless client journey.

Requirements:

Previous experience in

medical aesthetics / beauty industry

is essential. Strong sales skills and proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Passionate about aesthetics and keeping up with industry trends. Experience in managing or growing

social media platforms

preferred. Positive, self-motivated, and energetic personality.
