Olive's Beauty & Tanning is a growing aesthetics, beauty, and sunbed brand with multiple branches across South London. We are passionate about offering exceptional treatments and creating spaces where clients feel confident and cared for.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of driving the business forward by increasing footfall, boosting sales, and building brand visibility.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Run and optimise Google Ads and other digital marketing campaigns Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat bookings Organise in-house promotions, collaborations, and seasonal offers Report on performance and suggest growth strategies

About You

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or beauty/aesthetic clinic management Confident using social media and digital marketing tools Self-motivated, results-driven, and business-minded Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible and proactive with a passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry
