About the Role:



Intercoat Industrial Paints is a growing manufacturer of innovative, high-performance paints, lacquers, and stains, supplying a wide range of industries -- from furniture makers to interior fit-out specialists. We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team to help us continue building brand awareness, supporting our sales activity, and driving new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the Managing Director, Technical Team and Sales Team to deliver campaigns that help us win new customers and support existing ones. This is a great opportunity for a proactive marketeer who enjoys variety and seeing the real-world impact of their work.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, develop, and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Support the Sales Team with lead generation activity, brochures, sales materials, email marketing and follow-ups Help organise customer open days, product launches, and trade events Maintain and update website content and SEO to drive traffic and engagement Manage social media channels with regular posts, product updates, and news Coordinate creation of marketing collateral -- brochures, data sheets, case studies, videos Liaise with external suppliers (designers, printers, photographers, etc.) where required Quarterly Sales & Marketing meetings; reporting on marketing activities and core metric on campaigns. Monitor and report on marketing performance (website analytics, email campaigns, etc.) Support sales as needed -- preparing quotes, presentations, and sales packs

Key Skills & Experience:



5+ years marketing experience in a B2B environment (experience in manufacturing or coatings is a bonus but not essential) Strong written and verbal communication skills Good working knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email, SEO) Proficient knowledge of using Mailchimp & email automation Experience building SEO strategy and implementation plus use of SEO platforms Proficient in using Adobe creative suite programmes such as Adobe photoshop. InDesign, and Canva Comfortable using website CMS systems Creative and organised, able to manage multiple projects at once Good team player, with the confidence to liaise with internal teams and customers Strong sales support experience is required

Salary: 40,000 per annum + commission - depending on experience

Hours: 35.5 hours a week
