Duties

Provide various therapeutic services including HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, and IPL Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Foster a welcoming atmosphere by providing exceptional guest services throughout their visit. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations, managing appointments, and client interactions. Knowledge of HydraFacial is a must Knowledge of Morpheus 8 and IPL an advantage Background in hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for during their visit. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on client needs. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members alike.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 22 per week
