Derma Institute, a global leader in aesthetic medicine training, is seeking an experienced and passionate
Aesthetic Trainer
to join our Cardiff training faculty on a part-time weekend basis.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified medical professional (Doctor, Dentist, or Nurse Prescriber) with hands-on experience in
Botox and dermal filler procedures
and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching. You will deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to medical professionals, ensuring an engaging, safe, and professional learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on and theoretical training in facial aesthetics (Botox and dermal fillers).
Supervise and guide delegates during live model sessions.
Maintain professional standards of clinical practice, hygiene, and patient safety.
Support the Head Trainer and administrative team in ensuring smooth training delivery.
Provide feedback, assessments, and post-course support to delegates.
Requirements:
GMC, GDC, or NMC registration (active and in good standing).
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in aesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, approachable, and passionate about education and aesthetics.
Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
