Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our doctor led medical clinic in Blackheath. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, complemented by excellent customer service skills. As an Aesthetician, you will provide a range of services to enhance our clients' appearance and wellbeing while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. We offer a salary of 35,000 pro rata full time. The role is part time. Hours are negotiable

Duties

Perform a range of aesthetic services including customized facials, chemical peels, injectable face therapies and anti wrinkle injections Provide skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards. Upsell additional services or products to enhance the patient experience. Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organised schedule. Consistently work toward and achieve monthly performance and retail targets Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and hospitality. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in a clinical or medispa setting within the beauty or wellness industry. NVQ Level 4 in beauty or equivalent Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for beauty, wellness, and providing exceptional patient experiences.
