Job Title: Aesthetican, Level 5 qualified beauty therapist,

focused on providing high-quality aesthetic services and skincare treatments.

Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire

Salary: Hourly rate 14/hour + commission

Hours required (potential for hours to increase):

Every Monday: 10am-8pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

Every Friday: 10am-8pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

2 x Saturdays per month: 10am-4pm

Authentic Aesthetics is an Aesthetic skincare clinic based in the beautiful town of Kenilworth. We have been open since May 2019 and have grown from a small clinic open a couple of days a week to a 3 Aesthetician clinic open 6 days a week.

We pride ourselves on offering the best procedures and products to treat all skin concerns and work with some of the highest quality brands available on the market. Our clients can expect excellent, professional service delivered in a clinical, yet relaxed and friendly environment. We are a small team consisting of Zoe (owner), Carla & Emily (employed Aesthetician's). We are looking for a like minded, hard working and friendly person that is passionate about skin and skincare to join our team and enable us to continue to grow.

About the role:

Expected start date: ASAP for training with treatments being started once all training has been completed to a high level of satisfaction. (Expected training time 6-8 weeks)

As part of employment the candidate would receive in depth training into skin health and skin conditions as well as training in the following treatments and brands:

HydraFacial ZO Skin health skincare Alumier Skincare Mesoestetic Skincare Heliocare Skincare Dermaplaning Radiofrequency skin tightening Electric muscle stimulation Microneedling Plasma skin resurfacing Laser treatments Skin analysis and skincare recommendations
Training will also be provided on how to carry out consultations and deal with difficult clients and situations.

With the upcoming regulation changes coming to Aesthetics we are only looking for candidates with a Level 5 and above in Aesthetics.

No prior training in these specific treatments is necessary, however some prior experience working within a treatment setting is preferable.

We would be open to working with a young person who is newly qualified but truly passionate about skin and skincare with an eagerness to get started in the Aesthetic industry.

Responsibilities:

Provide an excellent standard of services to clients Offer advice on supporting skincare products Sell packages and courses of treatment to customers Greet, treat and take payments for all customers - we do not have a receptionist and the candidate would be working alone once all training has been completed to a high level of satisfaction Posting to social media during the work day

Candidate requirements:

Level 5 in Aesthetics Must be able to work evenings and weekends Candidate must have a passion for skin and skincare Candidate should ideally have some experience using social media Candidate must be trustworthy and reliable Candidate must have a eagerness to learn Candidate must be able to take constructive criticism Candidate must be a people person and enjoy meeting and talking with new people Candidate must be able to work in a team and on their own Candidate must have excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail
