Family Nurseries, Newport, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 5 Apprentice Early Years Educator to join their vibrant team. Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0-5 years.

- Assist in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's learning and development.

- Work closely with experienced staff to assess children's progress and identify individual needs.

- Engage with parents and families to support children's learning at home.

- Participate in off-the job training sessions and complete the necessary coursework to achieve your Level 5 Qualification.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care and education in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Requirements

- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is preferred.

- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
