We are now seeking a talented
Bespoke Kitchens & Wardrobes Designer with proven sales experience
to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a
design-led sales role
where you will take ownership of projects from
initial inquiry to final delivery
. You will work with discerning clients on projects ranging from
5,000 to 150,000+
, combining creativity with technical and commercial skills to design, sell, and manage bespoke kitchens and wardrobes to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales
Call new inquiries to book consultations
Meet with clients (showroom or on-site) to understand needs, lifestyle, and budget
Confidently present design concepts and secure agreements quickly
Reduce time between
initial inquiry and deal closure
through effective communication and sales techniques
Build strong relationships with medium to high-end clientele and deliver a premium customer experience
Design & Technical Work
Produce hand sketches during consultations to visualise ideas on the spot
Create detailed 3D designs using industry-standard software
Specify materials, finishes, and hardware with a deep understanding of aesthetics, practicality, and functionality
Prepare cut lists and technical drawings for the production team
Project Coordination
Liaise with clients, operations, and installation teams to ensure
seamless delivery
Oversee key project milestones to ensure
timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction
Ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and generate referrals
Requirements
Proven sales experience in kitchens, wardrobes, or similar bespoke interiors
Track record of selling projects valued between 5,000 - 150,000+
Strong design skills, both hand sketching and 3D design software (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, Winner, Fusion 360, or similar)
Knowledge of materials, joinery techniques, and functional design principles
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence preferred
What We Offer
Competitive base salary: 35,000 - 75,000 (depending on experience)
