We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset, as it will enable you to engage with a broader audience.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials that drive sales initiatives. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility. Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches to maximise outreach. Maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies for marketing support. Utilise Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on campaign performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing marketing strategies. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
