As an
Affiliate Manager
, you'll:
Prepare and manage the affiliate marketing budget and measure ROI's and KPI's across optimal levels of investment, new customer acquisition and retention
Establishing clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives to exceed growth targets
Understanding individual publisher performance and using this information to drive actionable insights
Ensure affiliate programs are maintained to the highest standard - always meeting best practice. Ensure this is fed down to wider members of the team
Drive new publisher recruitment that aligns with the channel strategy and KPIs
Seek and deliver innovative ways to drive performance in the channel
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with publishers and strive to deliver growth and increased market share in line with budgets and COS%. Request regular QBRs and insights and take the necessary steps to ensure we're maximising our investment in the most efficiency way
Assess opportunities and risks in targets and building a recovery plan with the support of the wider team
Be able to provide forecasts on overall performance, as well as on a publisher and campaign level
Managing promotion planning across more junior members of the team, ensuring this is being secured in advance
Support Head of Affiliates in driving best practices across the department for the global teams
Liaising and negotiating with publishers to drive cost efficiency for the channel. Look at group bookings across brands where possible
Provide in depth performance reporting and channel analysis to keep stakeholders well informed
Owning channel projects and reporting back to Head of Affiliates on progress and results

Experience in managing relationships with external partners and agencies
Strong negotiation skills to ensure cost efficiency for the channel
Pro-active and positive leadership to coach and mentor team
Can perform well under pressure and deliver results in difficult situations
Experience working with targets and data; skilled in Microsoft Office and reporting platforms
