A newly created position has arisen in the After Sales Department:

Key Responsibilities :



Providing ongoing

administrative support

to the After Sales and Service managers, including completing timesheets; reconciling expenses; billing and invoicing; and maintaining and updating the departmental calendars. Attending to

travel and logistical arrangements

, including booking hotels, flights, and car hire; arranging VISAs; co-ordinating the licencing, servicing and repairs of service vehicles; co-ordinating equipment hire; and maintaining equipment inventory. Providing

operational support

,including assisting in the Spares department; procuring supplies; and arranging delivery of urgent requests to site.

Customer service and co-ordination

, including responding to incoming phone calls and emails; handling queries; following up on the progress of factory work orders; and providing general support and information to the After Sales team.

Candidate Requirements :



Self-starter with good organisational skills. Good attention to detail. The ability to work well with others as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is required. A technical background would be an advantage. UK Driving Licence required. Must be resident in the UK, and have the right to live and work in the UK, without the need for VISA sponsorship.

Normal Working Hours :

Monday to Friday (40 hrs per week) + Overtime availability

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
