The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for customers requiring servicing, repairs, parts, or MOTs. You will manage service bookings from start to finish, liaise with workshop technicians, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for all customers -- whether they're behind the wheel of a Vauxhall, Citroen, or Peugeot.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner, understanding and clarifying their service, MOT, or repair needs.
Manage customer bookings and communicate effectively throughout the service journey.
Provide accurate estimates and invoices for service and repair work.
Promote additional work identified via VHCs and upsell service plans or manufacturer-approved accessories.
Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely completion of vehicles.
Support parts enquiries -- including checking availability, providing quotes, and processing sales.
Answer customer queries in person, over the phone, and via email in a clear and friendly manner.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across Vauxhall, Citroen, and Peugeot offerings.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in an aftersales/service/parts role within the automotive industry would be preferred, but mot essential.
Confident, customer-focused, and commercially aware.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Mechanical awareness or good understanding of automotive products and services.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
