Afterschool Club Assistant in Tooting (SW17)

Working hours:

10 hours per week, Term Time Only. 3.00pm to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday

Job Summary:

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable

After School Club Assistant

to support the delivery of a safe, engaging, and fun after-school provision for pupils. You will help supervise children, support activities, and ensure their wellbeing during the club hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day running of the After School Club Supervise and engage children in a range of activities including games, arts & crafts, and outdoor play Help prepare and serve light snacks and refreshments Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children Ensure children are signed in and out correctly and released to authorised adults Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times Set up and tidy away equipment and materials before and after each session Report any concerns, incidents, or accidents to the Club Leader or Designated Safeguarding Lead Promote positive behaviour and act as a role model to pupils
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: From 15.95 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Enhanced DBS (preferred)
