We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our after school club. The ideal candidate will poss strong leadership skills, a passion for looking after children, welcoming and engaging environment for all members. As the Club Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities run smoothly while promoting a positive atmosphere that encourages participation and growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage club operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Develop and implement engaging programmes and activities that cater to the interests of club members.
Supportive environment by encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff and members.
Teach various skills or activities relevant to the club's focus, providing guidance and support to members.
Monitor club facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for all users.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and finances as required.
Experience
Previous experience in a managerial role within a club or similar environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and motivate staff towards achieving common goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
