Aftercare Administrator

to join our team in Huntingdon.

The Role

As our Aftercare Administrator, you'll be the main point of contact for customers once their installation is complete. You'll handle enquiries, coordinate service visits and ensure every client receives professional, prompt and high-quality aftercare.

Key responsibilities:

Respond to customer aftercare enquiries via phone and email. Log, track and manage all aftercare requests in our internal systems. Schedule and coordinate service visits with our installers and technical teams. Keep customers informed and updated throughout the process. Work closely with production, logistics and technical departments to resolve issues efficiently.

About You

We're looking for someone who's approachable, well-organised and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

You'll have:

Previous experience in administration or customer service (construction/manufacturing experience a plus). Great communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A proactive, positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
