As an Aftercare Coordinator, you will be organising remedial work on past and present installations. Working closely with our Aftercare Manager and Aftercare Technicians, you will need to be comfortable with the changing demands and fast pace environment. The key day to day tasks will be to handle the Aftercare enquiries, managing warranty claims and overseeing deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our Aftercare Manager and Aftercare Technicians, you will need to be comfortable with the changing demands and fast pace environment. Handle the Aftercare enquiries, managing warranty claims and overseeing deliveries. You will need to be aware of costings by compiling and managing any data for costs across the department including: Cost of failure reports, Quotations and cash collection, Material costings, Team bonus report Provide a high level of customer service to create trusting relationships throughout the customer journey. To do this you will be compiling and managing any data for any point of the customer journey including: Customer feedback forms, Customer upskilling and information management, Compiling any customer facing documents, Customer data base management Develop in depth knowledge of Pentagon products, components and fixings along with the health and safety guidelines. Supporting the Aftercare Manager with the launch of inspection packages by compiling and managing any data or information from inspection reports, facilitating any inspection appointments including name, address, equipment list, documentation, payment etc.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to focus on high level tasks Proficient in ICT and highly organized Customer-centric approach, comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels Strong team player with initiative
