Are you a passionate and experienced customer service leader looking for your next challenge? Yorkshire Dental Suite is looking for an Aftercare Manager to lead our dedicated Aftercare Team, the friendly voices who support our patients throughout their treatment journey.
About the Role:
As our Aftercare Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, training, and supporting a team who handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring every patient receives the 5-star experience Yorkshire Dental Suite is known for.You'll:
Manage, coach, and develop the Aftercare Team to deliver exceptional service
Hold regular 1-to-1s and team meetings to ensure performance and morale stay high
Monitor and drive KPIs to ensure we're achieving operational excellence
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and patient satisfaction
Uphold our brand's reputation by delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint
About You:
2+ years' experiencemanaging a team in a customer service-based environment (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills with a people-first mindset
Proven ability to coach and develop a team to meet KPIs
Knowledge or experience in dentistry or healthcare is highly desirable
Passionate about delivering a luxury, 5-star service
