Aftercare Operative
Job Description
We are a Midlands based, commercial Flooring Company who operate nationwide and we are looking for a general handyman who will mainly be working in our aftercare department. This includes travelling to different sites to do remedial work in new homes and apartments as well as communal areas. For selected days, you may also be required to attend live sites as a general labourer on selected days per week. Once employed with us, your role as an Aftercare Operative will include the following tasks:
Attending appointments - these will either be assessments or completion.
Travelling to different sites nationwide.
Sending reports to the office staff after every aftercare appointment.
Liaising with clients and residents.
Liaising with Project Managers.
General labouring on live sites.
For this role, you will need to hold a valid CSCS card to be able to access sites as well as the following requirements:
Experience working within the construction industry.
Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
Always be professional on-site and dealing with clients.
Punctuality and time keeping skills.
