Afternoon Supervisor (No Nights, Weekends or bank holidays!)

Are you looking for a better work/life balance? Our wonderful afternoon supervisor is going back to college, so Snax has an opening for an experienced food professional to join our food production team and oversee the afternoon team -- with fixed hours your will be way by 4pm and your evenings, weekends and bank holidays will all be free
Hours:
Full-time (30+ hours a week)
Role Includes:
Key holder responsibilities
to work with the deli supervisor making sandwiches, platters & salads to recipe
Over see compliance with allergen regulations
Sending catering to local businesses
Keeping the prep area clean and organised
Training new staff
Placing orders for all sections.
Helping front-of-house during busy lunch
Supervising the end-of-day cleaning and food preparation
locking up at the end of the day
What You'll Need:
ideally we would like someone with 2 years experience in deli catering
Confident knife skills
Strong communication, organisation and leadership abilities
Solid knowledge of food safety practices
Team-player attitude
