Summary

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks - EE Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations during your shift to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train new staff on company policies and procedures. Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a management role within a quick-service or fast food environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to manage inventory effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in staff training and development is preferred. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
