Our Aftersales team will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their ownership journey, delivering outstanding service, expert guidance, and a seamless aftersales experience in a rapidly evolving automotive environment.

The Role



As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our After Sales customers, both face to face and over the phone. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient customer journey while supporting the performance of the workshop and Aftersales department.

Key Responsibilities



Provide a professional and efficient reception service for Aftersales customers Accurately capture customer and vehicle details on the Dealer Management System Secure service and repair bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and labour sales Ensure customer requirements are clearly identified and communicated to technicians Accurately load workshop hours and process job cards and invoicing Ensure all paperwork complies with company and manufacturer requirements, including warranty and fleet invoices Promote and sell additional products and services such as service plans, warranties, and recommended repairs Process Vehicle Health Checks accurately and efficiently Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where appropriate Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business Accurately identify parts requirements, part numbers, and availability prior to ordering

Key Candidate Requirements



Previous experience in an Aftersales Advisor or similar motor industry role (minimum 1 year) Proven customer handling and communication skills Strong attention to detail and administrative ability Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of cash handling and accounting procedures Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach Professional appearance with a positive, customer-focused attitude

Working Hours



Monday - Friday: rotating shifts between 08:00 - 18:00 with a 1-hour unpaid break Saturday: 08:00 - 12:30 (on a rota basis 1 in 4)
