What does the role of Aftersales Leader involve?
Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to both manufacturer and company standards
Manage the Service department's budgets, accounts and costs, whilst maximising efficiency and profitability via labour sales, parts and materials
Review pricing policies and ensure appropriate legislation is adhered to
Lead your Service Team, motivating and coaching to over-achieve targets and KPIs
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety processes
Enhance customer service levels to achieve a fantastic CSI score for your department
What qualities do I need to succeed in the Aftersales Leader role?
A background in running a successful workshop or parts department
Experience of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Impressive leadership skills, able to motivate a team to work together and exceed targets
Strong business acumen, alongside great knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation
A passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, and putting smiles on faces!
