Aftersales Manager
at our Kia and Omoda/Jaecoo site in Grantham, to lead our service and parts departments, ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience every time.
We are offering an OTE of up to 65,000 with company car and other RJTK Family rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and aftersales support.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure service levels are met, issues are resolved, and new business opportunities are explored.
Oversee the daily operations of the Service and Parts Department - including workshop loading, efficiencies, maximising upsell, WIP, parts stock control, returns, and exchanges.
Monitor departmental performance against budgets, identifying shortfalls and driving improvement plans.
Guide, train, and appraise service team members to support their growth and encourage a proactive, customer-first mindset.
Lead regular briefings to identify and promote additional business opportunities, supported by effective systems and staff incentives.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused workforce.
Ensure all manufacturer standards, systems, and procedures are consistently followed.
Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment for all staff.
What we are looking for:
Experience gained from a similar role within the Motor trade is essential.
Hands on leadership approach willing to do what is required
An ambitious and target driven leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets
The ability to train, coach and motivate the Service and Parts team to develop them to their full potential
A customer-focused individual with an uncompromising attitude to delivering excellent Customer service and maintain a customer centric culture within the Service and Parts team
Outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
Innovative individual, willing to explore new methods of driving performance
A full and valid UK driving Licence
