We're looking for a

dedicated Aftersales Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless booking fulfilment, supporting our Reservations team, and maintaining outstanding service standards for both agents and direct customers.


What You'll Be Doing:




Providing professional support via phone and email on all aspects of booking fulfilment Managing departmental inboxes and ensuring timely task completion Booking and confirming ground services directly with suppliers Creating and dispatching accurate confirmations and invoices Supporting customers with special requirements, ensuring all documentation is in place Handling concierge requests including celebrations, excursions, and seat preferences Quality-checking bookings across all destinations and resolving issues proactively Administering booking amendments and cancellations Responding to customer complaints with empathy and efficiency Collaborating across departments to improve processes and accuracy Ensuring compliance with ABTA guidelines and Data Protection regulations Supporting crisis situations calmly and methodically Maintaining diary actions to ensure deadlines are met and services are delivered Driving a meaningful and successful Concierge service

What We're Looking For:




Proven experience in the travel industry Strong geographical knowledge and willingness to learn new destinations GDS Galileo experience (preferred) Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal High attention to detail and ability to foresee potential issues A calm, empathetic, and professional approach to customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications A solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude toward change * Numeracy skills and accuracy in cost checking
