Aftersales Service Coordinator - Customer-Focused & Impactful

We're on the hunt for a confident, organised individual to be the backbone of our Aftersales department. This customer-facing role puts you right at the heart of our retrofit support service--coordinating technicians, ensuring timely dispatch of critical parts, and keeping fleets moving smoothly.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for customer callouts and enquiries Schedule field technicians for callouts, service visits, and warranty investigations Manage filter cleaning logistics and technician van stock Maintain accurate records of fleets, technician timesheets, holidays, and service completion Handle requisitions, quotations, orders, and invoicing with precision Ensure minimal vehicle-off-road time through smart scheduling Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to keep things running smoothly
What You'll Bring

Excellent communication and telephone skills Confidence handling customer and supplier relationships Strong organisational skills with a self-motivated mindset Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate level) Experience using IFS service module and processing warranty claims An eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement
