We are ComputerXplorers Southwest London, a dedicated provider of technology education for children, offering a diverse range of engaging computing programs designed to inspire young minds. We specialize in coding, robotics, STEM and digital media, delivering hands-on, interactive learning experiences for children aged 3 to 16. We run fun and educational

afterschool clubs

tech academies

birthday party workshops

designed to inspire young minds through creative learning experiences. Our sessions combine play, teamwork, and technology to keep children excited, engaged, and eager to learn.

The Role



We are looking for an enthusiastic

Afterschool Club Tutor

to lead engaging sessions for children aged

5-8 years

. The ideal candidate will know how to manage young children's energy, maintain focus in a lively classroom, and ensure every session is fun, structured, and educational.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver engaging and interactive afterschool sessions for children aged 5-8. Maintain focus, discipline, and enthusiasm throughout lessons. Adapt activities to suit different learning styles and energy levels. Create a safe and supportive environment where every child can thrive. Assist with our tech-themed academies and birthday party sessions.

Core Requirements:



1-2 years of core teaching or tutoring experience

(preferably with early primary-aged children). Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Background in early childhood education or primary school tutoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education, creativity, and working with children.

Enhanced DBS Check (Required)

Desirable:



Experience in STEM/technology-based learning environments.
