Due to recent successes and new client partnerships, BP2 Land & Commercial Property is seeking an enthusiastic surveyor to join our team.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an individual to work directly alongside our experienced directors, assisting in the growth of our business as the leading RICS-accredited advisor on land and commercial property in the South West Wales region.

We are looking for a candidate who wants to pursue a career in Property, perhaps a recent graduate or somebody looking to study toward their APC, or even an individual with transferable skills and experience from another sector.

Role Highlights:

Gain hands-on experience across Commercial Agency, Lease Consultancy, and Land Development departments. Work towards achieving your APC qualification. Manage individual client instructions and deliver regular updates and reports. Utilise and manage our CRM systems, website content, and social media channels. Handle new enquiries and conduct negotiations on sales and lease agreements. Exposure to comprehensive property advisory services including agency work, lease advisory, and consultancy projects.

Desired Qualities:

Proactive and able to take initiative. Highly organised, efficient, and reliable. Comfortable working across the whole South West Wales region. Competent in IT, CRM systems, social media, and AI technologies. Trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally. Experience or willingness to work in both office and site environments.
