Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled experienced Agricultural Engineering Technician to join our team here at MJN Tractors. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing a large hire fleet of New Holland tractors and other agricultural machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery is maintained and serviced to the highest standards throughout its hire term as well as attending to customer owned machines. As the hire units are renewed annually, you will be working on vehicles fitted with the latest level of New Holland technology which includes the recently launched PLMi Tractors, in which continual training for latest models is provided by New Holland at their Basildon plant.

MJN also has a recently expanded retail operation, consisting of Tractors, Combines and a full range of agricultural machinery.

Applicants should have:

- Excellent communication skills

- Be able to work efficiently in a friendly team environment as well as working alone.

- A full UK driving license

- Relevant qualifications and/or experience of working at a skilled level in the agricultural/construction engineering industry.
