We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and assembly of various equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, ensuring optimal performance Assemble and disassemble machinery as required, utilising hand tools and power tools Fabricate components as needed, demonstrating proficiency in welding and soldering Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively Perform equipment repair tasks on agricultural machinery Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary during maintenance operations

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair Competent in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Experience working on agricultural machinery, training can be provided Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
