: 20+ per hour basic with OTE of 50,000 - 60,000

About the Agricultural Technician Role:

We are looking for skilled Agricultural Engineers to join our friendly and professional team in Salisbury.

As an Agricultural Technician, you'll work on a wide range of cutting-edge agricultural equipment, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs both in our clean, state-of-the-art workshop and out in the field.

What we offer our Agricultural Technician:

Basic salary:

20+ per hour (depending on experience)

Overtime paid at 1.5x / 2x rates

- earn 50,000-60,000+ with overtime

What We're Looking For from our

Agricultural Technicians

:

NVQ Level 2 or higher

in Land-Based Engineering, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent City & Guilds). Recent hands-on experience with agricultural, plant, construction, or military vehicles (tracked or wheeled). Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Good communication and customer service skills. A valid UK driving licence.
