Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural products over the phone. The role involves engaging with farmers, agri-dealers, distributors, and rural customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to farmers, agri-input dealers, and distributors Promote agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, or agri-services Explain product benefits, usage, and value in a clear and simple manner Understand crop cycles, seasonal needs, and customer requirements Handle customer queries and objections patiently Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat sales Maintain accurate call records and customer data Achieve assigned sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills (local language proficiency preferred) Basic understanding of agriculture, farming practices, or rural markets Persuasive and customer-friendly approach Ability to work with sales targets Comfortable with phone-based sales Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Education & Experience

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent Diploma/Degree in Agriculture is a plus Experience in agricultural sales or telesales is an advantage, but freshers may apply
