Our client, a respected agricultural business in the Worcestershire region, is looking to strengthen their technical team with the addition of an Agronomist. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a more developed role or for an established agronomist ready for a fresh challenge. You'll be managing your own client base, offering tailored crop advice, and supporting growers throughout the season.

The Candidate:
We're open to different experience levels - whether you're a trainee with ambition or someone fully BASIS-qualified looking to take on more responsibility. Key traits we're looking for:
- BASIS and/or FACTS qualified (or working towards)
- Proven understanding of crop science and field trials
- Confidence dealing with growers and rural businesses
- Desire to build long-term relationships with clients
- Ambition to progress and take ownership of your area
The Package:
- Salary ranging from xc2xa330,000 up to xc2xa375,000 dependent on experience
- Company vehicle
- Ongoing training and CPD opportunities
- Progression routes into senior technical or commercial roles
