Do you want to help lead the new way of thinking, planning and delivery of colleague experiences and services across the group? This includes driving forward the end-to-end experience across digital employee journeys, advancing our current technology eco-system, and improving our digital capability.

You\'ll work closely with the People Platform leadership team (business and technology change) to improve and revamp existing journeys and deliver new products and services, using Lloyds Banking Group\xe2\x80\x99s outstanding strengths and brand positioning to build experiences that are truly differentiated and market leading.

You\'ll be a strong creative leader, mentor and influencer, encouraged to use your experience in Artificial intelligence, Automation, Robotics and Innovation combined with agile approaches, to fundamentally change the way we plan and deliver people services and products.

Your knowledge and understanding of People/HR management across the colleague lifecycle will be used to:

Identify, plan and deploy opportunities for optimisation using our group technology eco-system

Help create People products and services that improve colleague experiences.

Leverage data for insights, and advise on how we optimise new and emerging technology such as GenAI

Scan the internal and external People Tech landscape to provide thought leadership and pragmatic guidance for application in the workforce

Ensure a balanced, ethical approach to the use of AI and emerging tech to enhance our productivity

Partner with divisions on tech and data science experiments as part of our PoV approach to infuse current and emerging technology and data to leverage our assets

Inspire a technology and data-led culture with an active community across LBG of key showcase events, hackathons and nurturing our internal talent.

What you\'ll need:

10+ years of experience in the application of emerging technologies preferably within the fields of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/ Robotic automation in at least one of the above-mentioned areas

You\xe2\x80\x99re as comfortable getting hands-on as well as taking a step back and thinking strategically and proactively identifying opportunities

Have worked in a complex HR Operations/Technology environment deploying leading solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Demonstrable use of knowledge to influence and change strategy and operations

You bring a deep understanding of both technology and industry to include the market, vendors, products and user strategies in specific areas.

Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: AI, Cloud, SaaS, RPA, Enterprise Applications, Internal Help Desk, Customer Support

And any experience of these would be really useful:

Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design decisions

Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Artificial Intelligence and Automation

Enterprise SaaS PM experience, preferably in Workday

Domain expertise in IT and/or Human Resources
