Arrow Global Group is seeking a talented and inquisitive AI Integration Developer to join the IT Operations team. This role is ideal for IT graduates or junior developers with a demonstrable interest in software development and a passion for exploring how artificial intelligence and automation can transform business processes.


You will help design, build, and support innovative AI-driven solutions that address the company's growing demand for intelligent automation. Working closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders, you will leverage cutting-edge tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Co-Pilot, and related AI technologies to deliver practical, secure, and scalable

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of AI-based solutions that meet evolving business requirements. Develop and configure custom ChatGPT solutions and integrations aligned to agreed enterprise architecture principles. Build and maintain API integrations with upstream systems and data sources using established integration patterns. Leverage and combine existing AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, Azure Cognitive Services) to deliver value-driven outcomes. Evaluate use cases and determine when non-AI approaches or traditional automation may better meet business needs. Collaborate with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure compliance with governance and security frameworks. Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across development practices. Think creatively and proactively recommend new technologies or methodologies that could enhance efficiency and innovation.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Python and JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency, with strong understanding of modern development practices. Experience or clear interest in API design, development, and integration (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks). Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and GitHub Co-Pilot, or other generative AI frameworks. Awareness of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and vector database technologies (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Exposure to cloud deployment and serverless architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Understanding of data security, privacy, and governance principles (GDPR, ISO27001). Use of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Azure OpenAI Service. Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and version control best practices. Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Exposure to Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot, Power Automate, or Graph API integrations. Awareness of data pipeline or ETL concepts and analytical tools (Power BI, dbt, etc.).
