Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and creative

AI Product Manager

to join our new team. You will own the product vision and roadmap for our AI-driven software -- from concept through to launch and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the business to deliver products that delight users and generate measurable business value.

You will thrive here if you can balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution, and if you love turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI SaaS platform. Translate market and user research into clear product requirements and feature specifications. Work closely with engineering and design to develop, test, and launch AI-powered product features. Prioritise features and enhancements using customer feedback, data insights, and business goals. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and adoption. Monitor product performance and iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and emerging AI capabilities. Stay ahead of AI, SaaS, and UX trends to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Product Design, AI). Strong interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS, and product-led growth. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical AI concepts into simple, user-friendly product features. Experience managing projects from idea to launch in a fast-paced environment. A real focus on quality output.

Desirable (but not required)

Previous experience as a product manager, associate PM, or in a product-related role at a SaaS company. Understanding of APIs and modern SaaS architecture. Familiarity with agile development processes and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion). Hands-on exposure to AI/ML projects, even at a conceptual or academic level.
