About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

AI Solution Engineer

to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, hands-on technical role that bridges the gap between business challenges and advanced AI capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with clients, sales, and development teams to design, prototype, and demonstrate AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

As a trusted advisor, you'll help shape cloud-based AI solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and showcase the power of technologies such as

AWS Bedrock

,

Azure ML

,

Google Vertex AI

, and

OpenAI

.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, sales, and technical teams to identify and shape feasible AI solutions. Design and build proof-of-concept AI prototypes that demonstrate value and technical viability. Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures using cloud AI services. Support the sales process through technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. Advise on model performance, architecture design, and deployment strategies. Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and cost optimisation (FinOps) standards. Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an

AI Solution Engineer

,

Pre-Sales Engineer

, or

AI Architect

in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of

LLMs/SLMs

, fine-tuning, inference optimisation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI). Understanding of

machine learning

,

data engineering

, and

big data

principles. Familiarity with

cloud security

,

AI landing zones

, and

AI cost optimisation

. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML) are a strong plus.

Pay: 31,398.11-95,569.34 per year
