Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning units and systems in commercial and industrial settings.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate installation and repairs.
Troubleshoot system faults using diagnostic tools and techniques, ensuring minimal downtime.
Lead maintenance teams during complex repair or installation projects, providing guidance and supervision as needed.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Keep detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system performance for future reference and reporting.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
Extensive experience with air conditioning systems installation, servicing, and repair.
Knowledge of construction processes relevant to HVAC system integration within buildings.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
